A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking, the balance will be due 6 weeks before your stay.
In the event of a cancellation by you, we will endeavour to re-let the property & if successful will refund any monies received less any discount offered in order to sell the period.
You are strongly advised to take out holiday cancellation insurance.
The cottage will be available from 3pm on arrival day.
Please depart by 10am on departure day.
Unfortunately we are unable to accomodate pets of any kind.
